the shooting death of a waterloo woman is now being investigated as a murder. murder.michelle key was found de in a house in hampton. hampton police say they got a call on sunday night about a suicidal rson in the home, but after scanning the scene, believed there may have been foul play involved.police say key's boyfriend, ronald rand is now under arrest and arged with first degree murder. a corridor teen was killed in a possible hit and run. run.an iowa state police officer found 18-year-old
